Welcome to the Christmas in July Festival website. By accessing this website or attending the festival (the “Festival”), including participating in our ticketed experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• The Festival is a free, all-ages public event held in both Sydney and Canberra.

• Entry is open to all, but some zones and experiences may have restricted access or capacity limits.

We offer two premium ticketed experiences:

• The Fire Pit Garden (Canberra)

• The Fire Pit Cinema (Sydney)

By purchasing a ticket to either of these experiences, you agree to the following conditions:

• Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

• Tickets may be exchanged for a different session time or date up to 7 days prior to the scheduled session, subject to availability.

• No exchanges are possible within 7 days of the event.

• All ticket holders must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) upon entry.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise specified.

 

The Festival is an all-weather event. Both ticketed and non-ticketed activities will proceed rain, hail, or shine unless deemed unsafe by event management. Any cancellations or rescheduling will be communicated via our official channels.

 

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who behave inappropriately or disrupt the enjoyment of others.

• No outside food or beverages are permitted within licensed areas.

• Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas.

 

By attending the Festival, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional purposes. This material may be used by the Festival organisers across media, social platforms, and advertising.

 

All attendees participate at their own risk. The organisers accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event, including within ticketed experiences.
